Eduardo R. Pilapil Jr. is an Executive Coach, an Employee Trainer, and Public Speaker.
He is the author of, “Strengthen Your Faith” and “Maximize Your Potential: How to Go Beyond Your Limits.”
Ed has lectured on dozens of topics to numerous organizations since 1993. Some of the topics include Winning Culture, The Excellent Team Leader, The Power of Passion, The Leadership Challenge, How to Bring Out the Best in Your People, Coaching and Mentoring Managers, 7 Qualities of Excellent Employees, 7 Qualities of Outstanding Executive Assistants, How to Market Your Business, Strategic Selling and The Advantages of Alignment.
Ed is the CEO of Achievers’Circle, Inc., a business strategy company that designs strategic plans and coaching programs. He also serves as Director of KGP Property Holdings, Inc.
He is an “Angelpreneur,” speaking regularly at GoNegosyo Seminars organized by the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship, a nonprofit organization whose advocacy is teaching entrepreneurship.
He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Salt and Light Ventures, an award-winning company dedicated to bringing out the best in others through organizing public seminars.
Ed is also the former CEO of White Beauty Philippines (Makers of Met Tathione), former Executive Director of Bicol College of Agriculture, former Executive Pastor for Evangelism of Greenhills Christian Fellowship, former Non-life Insurance Agent of Eastern Assurance and Surety Corporation. He is also the founding pastor of Destiny Ministries International.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts from the University of the Philippines and a Masters degree in Christian Leadership from the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries. At the time of this writing, he is completing his Executive Masters degree in Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Management.
